Juan Cristóbal has more than eight years of operational leadership experience at Procter & Gamble, where he served as Global Head of the Gillette business at the company’s headquarters in Boston, MA. In this role, he led growth strategies and implemented efficiency initiatives that generated significant and sustainable profitability for one of the company’s most iconic brands.

 

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is currently pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School. At this stage, he is leveraging his solid operational experience with specialized training in investments, preparing to identify and maximize acquisition opportunities under the guidance of leading international experts.

Darwin has experience in leading companies in Chile such as Ripley and Falabella, where he participated in financial analysis projects, benchmarking studies and optimization of strategic and operational performance. His analytical approach and ability to generate efficient solutions have been fundamental in his professional career.

 

He is currently in his final year of a degree in usiness Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, standing out for his solid academic performance and his training in finance and business analysis. His combination of practical experience and academic excellence positions him as a professional with a strategic vision of the business world.

 

Diego has experience leading a SaaS startup alongside a team of top-level software engineers, which has allowed him to acquire a deep understanding of the technology industry in Chile and develop a remarkable ability to identify value opportunities.

 

He is currently in his final year of Business Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he specializes in strategic investments, with a particular focus on identifying high-impact opportunities in the technology sector. His combination of leadership, technical experience, and financial analysis positions him as an innovative leader with extensive knowledge of the Chilean market.
